In accordance with Annasia Studio Events' policy, you must be 18 years of age or older to access our events, and must have a valid ticket or pass, or you will be refused entry. However, Annasia Studio Events reserves the right to refuse access to minors under the age of 16 who are not accompanied by an adult and do not have signed parental authorization. Of course, the parent accompanying the minor must also be in possession of the same category of the minor's access card for the event.

The customer accepts and respects without reservation any sanitary measures that may be imposed by the local and national authorities, particularly in the context of the fight against the Covid 19 virus on the day of the event, for example (such as wearing a mask, washing hands with hydroalcoholic gel and other hygiene measures). At present, wearing a mask is not compulsory, but customers who fail to comply with the sanitary measures in force may be refused access to the venue or excluded without being able to claim a ticket refund. 

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French event consumption code, tickets for the event are not subject to a right of withdrawal. All orders are firm and final. Tickets cannot be reimbursed, even in the event of loss or theft, nor can they be taken back, exchanged or postponed. The only condition for a refund is if the event is completely cancelled and not postponed, subject to conditions (see general sales conditions).

By purchasing a ticket, you automatically accept the right to use images of the event for media purposes such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and the website.(annasiase.odoo.com). The customer is therefore warned that in the event of filming, reporting, photography, television broadcasting or other media publication, his or her image may appear. 

It is strictly forbidden to film for more than 2 minutes on the Annasia Studio Events premises. Cameras, camcorders, “Go Pro” and associated small cameras are prohibited. This may be grounds for total refusal of Annasia Studio Events events. Reflex cameras with interchangeable lenses are also prohibited, as are disposable cameras, tablets and computers. Selfie poles are also forbidden for the sake of fans and their entourage. To avoid interference, we only accept telephones in AIRPLANE mode.

Suitcases and travel bags are strictly forbidden at Annasia Studio Events. Only handbags and shoulder bags with a capacity of less than 10 liters will be accepted, after palpation and verification.

The customer is only entitled to offer one gift per artist at the location chosen by the Annasia Studio Events staff. ATTENTION, all fresh or frozen food, plants, coffee/tea beans, large stuffed animals and dangerous/sharp objects are strictly forbidden and will be automatically discarded to protect the artist.

Flags (except for Annasia Studio Events projects) and banners are not allowed during the event. You are allowed lightstick, A4 size signs (horizontal or vertical). Materials such as Plexiglas and glass are strictly forbidden.

Under no circumstances should you disturb your neighbors (sides, back, front).

Events are only held on Saturdays, once a month. 

In terms of the day's programming, the 40-minute to 1:00 a.m. show will take place in the morning, ending with the Hi Touch for all categories and the photos for category 03. The afternoon is reserved for VIPs and VVIPs for their fan benefits and activities.
